I CAN Prevent Diabetes

There will be a new I CAN Prevent Diabetes class starting on Feb. 6th! Click here for more information about the class!

This is the year to take control of your health through this 16 week lifestyle changing class.  Learn to master living a healthy lifestyle through proper diet and exercise. 

There will be a demo class and a health screening on January 30th at 6:30pm.  The health screening includes a full blood lipid profile! (small cost). Click here for more information.
