Traditional Shotokan Karate

Traditional Shotokan Karate is a non-contact martial art. No special equipment or padding is needed. We use full speed and controlled power without the harsh contact that other styles encourage. The JKA - St. Cloud is affiliated with the International Traditional Karate Federation (ITKF).

Schedule:
Tuesdays:
6:30-7:30 pm Adult
7:30-8:00 pm Beginner

Thursdays:
6:30-7:30 pm Adult
7:30 -8:00 pm Beginner

Saturdays:
10:30 - 11:25 a.m. - Adults
11:30 - Noon - Beginner

(Ages 7 and younger must have parent present.)
