Personal and Group Training
We offer a variety of personal and group training options. Because we take fitness seriously, all Y instructors hold national certifications and a degree in a health or fitness-related field, or are working towards a degree.
Personal Training: Do it your way
With personal training, you get a customized fitness program designed just for you and your health goals in any area you want to improve like sports, aquatics or overall fitness. This helps maximize work out time, learn correct form and technique, and relieve boredom by incorporating a variety of exercises!
The first fee listed is a session with a non-lead trainer; the second fee is with a lead trainer (includes four-year degree and upper-level certification). Call or visit our front desk to register.
Members:
1-11 60-minute sessions $42/$47 each
11+ 60-minute sessions $33/$38 each
1-11 30-minute sessions $30/$33 each
11+ 30-minute sessions $23/$28 each
Group Training: Be accountable!
There’s nothing like being accountable to your friends! Grab a partner or a group and check out our popular classes!
Partner Training
Work with a partner and reach your goals together! Single or multiple sessions available for 60-minute appointments. The first fee listed is a session with a non-lead trainer; the second fee is with a lead trainer (includes four-year degree and upper-level certification). Call or visit our front desk to register.

11+ 60-minute sessions $25/$30
Group Training
Grab a group up to 5 of your friends and enlist the help of a Y Personal Trainer to reach your goals together.Call or visit the front desk to register.
1- 60 minute session/week $32/month
2- 60 minute sessions/week $64/month

TRX Training
Bring a partner or small group and experience a whole new workout! Suspension training develops functional strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. Set up an appointment with Laurie or Courtney to learn how you can enhance your workout routine!
