Lead Instructor-Shawn Ashbrook

Hello! My name is Shawn Ashbrook. I am married to my husband, Coty, and we have five children, ranging in age from a 25 year old to 3 year old twins! We have lived in St. Cloud, MN for 9 years. I have over 10 years of experience working with children, and have owned and operated my own daycare.

I am currently attending St. Cloud State University to earn a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. In May 2012, I graduated with my AS in Education and my AAS in Paraprofessionalism. 

In my free time, I enjoy shopping, gathering with family and friends, and exercising. I attend the Waters Church in Sartell where I also teach Sunday school.

I am excited to be working with all of the children in the Rising S.T.A.R.S. program at the Y, where I have been a member for over 3 years!
